Unified Native CCaaS Platform Features
Agentforce Contact Center functions as a native contact center as a service (CCaaS) solution that unifies voice, digital channels, CRM data, and AI agents natively into a single system.
Rather than requiring disparate systems, the platform bundles essential customer service capabilities under a single licensed tier, including:
- Native voice telephony
- Digital channel routing
- Supervisor tooling
- A single agent console
AI and Human Agent Collaboration
The platform supports collaboration between automated workflows and human representatives. AI agents are equipped to autonomously resolve simple cases directly.
When higher-priority and complex issues arise, the system transfers these cases to human agents while preserving full context, ensuring smooth handoffs without requiring customers to repeat information.
Packaging and Geographic Availability
Agentforce Contact Center is packaged and sold as an add-on product tailored for existing Agentforce Service customers.
At launch, product availability is geographically limited to organizations in the United States and Canada.
