Kyverna's Miv-Cel Nears FDA Filing With One-Year Data in Stiff Person Syndrome

Kyverna Therapeutics says its CD19 CAR-T therapy miv-cel sustained clinical benefit and reversed disability through one year in the registrational KYSA-8 trial. If approved, it would be the first therapy for stiff person syndrome and the first CAR-T cleared for any autoimmune disease.
